Pre-Shoot Requirements

To ensure a smooth and efficient shoot process, please provide the following details and materials at least 2–3 days before the scheduled shoot.

1. Final Product List

• Complete list of product names, SKUs, and variants
• Quantity of each product (please include extras where possible)
• Rough images of the product shared with the list, for understanding and shoot preparation

2. Product Delivery

• All products must be delivered to the shoot location ahead of time
• Each product should be clearly labelled with its name or SKU

3. Reference Images (if available)

• Any previous shoot references, competitor examples, or inspiration images
• Helps us better align with your visual expectations

4. Image & Video Usage Details

• Aspect ratio
• Where the visuals will be used (e-commerce, social media, ads, etc.)
• Orientation preference (portrait, square, landscape)

5. Shot List

• Product-wise breakdown of required shots (e.g. close-ups, group shots, packaging, lifestyle)
• Any specific angles or features to highlight

6. Moodboard or Visual Direction

• Style references for lighting, tones, backgrounds, etc.
• Can include links, folders, or example images

7. Props & Styling Inputs

• The shoot will use basic props and styling elements available at the studio
• If you have specific prop requirements (items in particular colours, themes, or branding elements), please arrange and send them along with the products
• If you'd like us to source props on your behalf (fresh ingredients, etc.), let us know in advance — this involves an additional charge

8. Video Script or Breakdown (if applicable)

• Scene-wise breakdown or detailed script for videos
• Specific actions, features, or dialogues to be captured

9. Audio Preferences (if applicable)

• Voiceover script, music references, or sound requirements
• Let us know if you'll provide music or need licensed tracks

10. Model Involvement

• If the shoot requires models, confirm whether you'll provide them or want us to arrange models
• Scheduling will be based on model availability, so early confirmation avoids delays

11. Brand Guidelines

• Logos, colour palette, fonts, and any specific branding instructions
• Especially useful if overlays or packaging shots are involved

12. Point of Contact for Shoot Day

• Name and number of the person who can approve visuals or answer questions in real time

13. Delivery Timeline

• Standard delivery for raw shoot files is within 3 working days of the shoot
• If editing is required, specify the scope in advance so timelines and deliverables can be adjusted

14. File Format & Resolution Requirements

• Specific needs for image and video output (JPEG, PNG, MP4, vertical/horizontal, etc.)
