Sviva Production House was founded in 2021 as a digital marketing and branding agency in Mumbai, and grew into a full creative partner — without losing the process discipline we started with.
Sviva Production House was founded in 2021 as a Mumbai digital marketing and branding agency — strategy, social, and ad management for brands that needed to be seen. As clients came back needing content to fuel those campaigns, we built photography, videography, and talent management in-house rather than outsourcing them — so a brand's strategy and the content behind it come from one team that already understands their product.
Today we run two studio locations — Sakinaka/Chandivali and Prabhadevi — and operate two in-house retail brands, Bayar and Zenia, which double as live testing ground for the same content and marketing playbooks we run for clients.
Our quality process draws on a Six Sigma background from time at Airtel — treating a shoot or a campaign as a repeatable process with checkpoints, not a one-off creative gamble. It's why clients come back for their next product line instead of shopping around.
