Today’s Recipe – French Toast

Ingredients

Cinnamon Powder 1

Nutmeg Powder

¼ Tsp.
Powdered Sugar 2

Tbsp.

Butter

4 Tbsp.
Eggs 4

Milk

¼ Cup
Vanilla Essence ½

Tsp.

Bread Slices

8 No.
Honey or Maple syrup ½

Method:-

  1. In a small bowl mix the cinnamon, nutmeg and sugar, set side.
  2. Mix together sugar mixture, vanilla essence, eggs, milk and pour into a shallow vessel(which is easy for the bread to be dipped into).
  3. Dip the bread into the egg mixture.
  4. In a non-stick pan melt the butter at medium heat.
  5. Fry the breads till the brown on each side.
  6. Serve with the syrup.
