Pani Puri is everyone’s favorite evening snack and if I tell you that it’s healthy and tasty you will love it. It has tangy-sweet flavor of Pineapple in it.
1 bunch coriander leaves
1bunch Mint leaves
1tsp black salt
1.5tsp Pani Puri masala
1tsp roasted cumin seeds
3-4 green chillies
4-5 small cubes of pineapple
For filling you can use boiled potatoes/steamed moong/sprouts/boiled yellow peas
Make sweet chutney with tamarind, Jaggery and dates.
