Ingredients:
1/2cup Oats
1/2cup Flax seed
1/2cup Jaggery
1/2cup grinded Almond & Walnuts
5-6 Dates without seeds

Process:
Slightly roast oats,flax seeds almonds and walnuts.
Grind all the ingredients in mixer to make a fine mixture.
Make small Laddoos and garnish it with cashew.
Healthy Nutritious Laddoos ready to eat.
