Ingredients:
1/2cup boiled kidney beans (rajma)
1/2cup steamed corns
1/2cup chopped yellow &red bell pepper
1/2cup chopped green bell pepper
1/2cup chopped tomato(without seeds)
1/2cup chopped salad leaves
2 tsp virgin olive oil
2 tsp lemon juice
Dry seasoning
1tsp Mexican seasoning
1tsp origano
1/2 tsp chilly flakes
1/2 roasted cumin powder
Take a big bowl and mix all the dry seasoning with lemon juice &oil.
Now put beans ,corns and all the chopped vegetables in it and mix well.
