Method:-

  1. Keep aside 50 ml of milk and bring to boil the remaining milk with sugar mixed in it.
  2. Remove the milk from fire.
  3. Dissolve the corn flour in the 50 ml of cold milk.
  4. Add this to the hot milk.
  5. While stirring contiously add the yolk and cook on a slow flame till custard is complete.
  6. Add the vanilla essence, mix and cool, use as desired.

INGREDIENTS

Icing sugar

30 gms
Butter / margarine 100

gms

Essence

Drops

Method:-

  1. Sieve the flour.
  2. Cream the butter and sugar.
  3. Add flour little at a time and mix .
  4. Add the vanilla essence and mix well.
  5. Transfer the batter in the piping bag.
  6. Pipe out even sized buttons.
  7. Bake at 325° f for 20 minutes.

Eggs 4 No.
Chopped Onion 1 Medium Size
Salt ½ Tsp.
Black Pepper Powder ½ Tsp.
Red Chilli Powder ½ Tsp.
Chopped Green and Red Bell pepper ½ Each
Chopped Garlic 1/3 clove
Chopped Tomato 4 Medium size
Butter 3 Tbsp.


Method:-

  1. Place a non-stick pan over medium heat and add the butter in it.
  2. Once the butter has melted add the onion, garlic, bell peppers, salt, black pepper and red chili powder.
  3. Let it cook till the onion and pepper are soft.
  4. Add the tomato and let it cook till the butter starts to separate.
  5. While the mixture is cooking beat the eggs lightly.
  6. Slowly add the eggs in the pan and fold them in the sauce, don’t stir too much.
  7. Cook till the eggs start to turn opaque then remove from the heat.
  8. Serve them with bread slices fried in butter.
