I ordered two reading glasses from Lenskart for which I made an online payment. The package was supposed to reach me in two days. After the two days time had elapsed I called their customer service and the person who received my call assured me that the package would be delivered to me on the next day. That day I received a mail from Blue Dart that said my package had been lost at the Bangalore airport. I again called the Lenskart customer service and told them about this to which they replied that they will look into the matter by contacting the people from Blue Dart and inform me of the proceedings. They did not call me so I myself called them and asked them to cancel my order to which they said that I would receive my money when they get their package back to them and since it is lost i would not get my money back so I demanded to speak to a senior level executive, the customer service person told me that a senior executive will call me in ten minutes. I waited the whole day no one contacted me. Next day I again called and put forward the same request this time they complied. The senior executive assured me he would personally look into the matter and call me the next day to inform me that the package will be delivered this time or that he has cancelled the order and i will be refunded back my money. This call I was supposed to receive yesterday. Since they are not doing anything about my order I thought I should better warn other customers who may buy from Lenskart that this may happen to them also.
