INGREDIENTS QUANTITY UNITS
Flour 140 gms
Powdered sugar 115 gms
Butter 85 gms
Curd 15 gms
Cardamom 2 gms
Soda bicarb ½ tsp
Ammonium bicarbonate 1/8 tsp

Method:-

  • Sieve the flour.
  • Whisk the butter and sugar to creamy consistency.
  • Beat in the curd, soda, ammonia, cardamom powder and cream well, gently fold in the flour and knead it into dough.
  • Roll and divide the dough into 20 equal portions.
  • Make round balls and place on a baking sheet and leave for about an hour.

    Method:-

  • Put 8 eggs in a vessel full of cold water so that the eggs are submerged.
  • Bring the water to boil, then boil for 3-4 minutes.
  • Remove the eggs and put the in cold water till cool and peel the shell off carefully.
  • Put the chicken in another bowl with the parsley, mustard, nutmeg powder, salt and pepper(as per taste).
  • Mix all the ingredients properly and divide them in 8 portions.
  • Put a handful of flour, the 2 beaten eggs and bread crumbs in three different plates.
  • Apply some flour on your hand(to avoid the chicken from sticking in your hands), roll a egg in the flour and cover the egg with the a portion of divided chicken mix and mould it properly with your hands.
  • Heat enough oil in a pan to deep fry the eggs.
  • Roll the chicken wrapped egg in the flour , shake off any excess, then roll it in the beaten eggs next in the breadcrumbs.
  • Roll it again in beaten eggs then in breadcrumbs for a really good coating.
  • Then deep fry the roll till golden brown and crispy.
  • Remove the roll and put it in on a kitchen tissue roll.

    Method:-

  • Whisk butter, sugar and cardamom powder together till mixed properly.
  • Sieve flour and baking powder together then mix with the butter, sugar and cardamom powder mixture.
  • Knead well to form a smooth dough.
  • Add the raisins into even portions and round them.
  • Keep it on a greased tray bake at 300° f for 10 – 15 minutes.
