Arambol Beach is a traditional fisherman village, located approximately a one-hour drive from the Dabolim Airport (GOI) within the Pernem administrative region of northern Goa, India. The beach attracts many international tourists, mainly during the winter season between November and March.
The beach is one of one the northern beaches of Goa. The beach is located around 20 km odd north of the more popular and frequented Calangut beach in Goa. This one of the more peaceful beaches in Goa with little crowd during April the time I visited. Even during season the beach is peaceful. Which is also substantiated by the fact that the number of Shacks were also limited. Even the pricing of the food was an indicator which is probably 50% of the spend you do at Calangut for the same quantity without compromising on the food quality.
Being Summers we went a bit later in the afternoon the temperature was around 30 C and once you enter the sun it is pleasant. You should try visiting the place if you have more time or planning a few days in Goa. A place to get away from the hectic life and spend time peacefully.
