Method:-

  • In a small bowl mix the cinnamon, nutmeg and sugar, set side.
  • Mix together sugar mixture, vanilla essence, eggs, milk and pour into a shallow vessel(which is easy for the bread to be dipped into).
  • Dip the bread into the egg mixture.
  • In a non-stick pan melt the butter at medium heat.
  • Fry the breads till the brown on each side.
  • Serve with the syrup.

    Method:-

  • Whisk butter, sugar and cardamom powder together till mixed properly.
  • Sieve flour and baking powder together then mix with the butter, sugar and cardamom powder mixture.
  • Knead well to form a smooth dough.
  • Add the raisins into even portions and round them.
  • Keep it on a greased tray bake at 300° f for 10 – 15 minutes.

    Method:-

  • Sieve flour, cream sugar and butter and rub into the flour.
  • Make a well in the center add egg, milk, and essence, add yeast and knead into a smooth dough cover under a wet cloth for 20 minutes.
  • Roll the dough into a thin square, sprinkle with mixed fruits.
  • Roll out from one end to the other and cut into equal proportions.
  • Arrange in the tray and let it set till double in size.
  • Bake at 200C for 15 minutes.
