Grilled schezwan mayo sandwich


4 slices of bread
2 slices of cheese
1 Bulb of spring onion finely chopped
2 table spoon of schezwan sauce
2 table spoon mayonnaise sauce

Take two slices of bread and apply one table spoon each schezwan sauce on one side each.
Then take the other two slices of bread and add one table spoon of mayonnaise sauce on one side each.
Take the cheese slices and put them on the schezwan applied side of the bread.
Then put the finely chopped onion on the cheese slices.
Then put the mayonnaise applied side of bread on the rest.
Put the two sandwiches in a griller for about two minutes.
Serve it hot.
